Important Note:

****The student who is holding Nepal and Bangladesh passport:

The visa for the above mentioned passport holder should prepare the visa guarantee letter provided by the inviter in Taiwan.

The inviter should fill the form, scan and mail it to the student, and keep the original guarantee letter in Taiwan.

TECC will provide a visa number to applicant, and the number should be informed to the inviter in Taiwan.

Whenever the inviter receive the visa number, the original guarantee letter should be submit to Bureau of Consular of Ministry of Foreign Affairs (BOCA) in Taiwan. The submission process please check https://www.boca.gov.tw/cp-159-249-4162c-2.html

1. **Education proof: The least Education level for Mandarin study is 12 class. Photocopies of the attested original Highest Degree and Mark-sheet/Transcript provided to the University for obtaining admission (attested by the state govt. and MEA) are mandatory for a course of 6 months onwards (including 6 months). Not necessary for below 6 months course.

With a valid visa or an expired visa less than 10 years prior to the date of arrival in Taiwan or permanent resident certificate issued by Australia, Canada, Japan, Korea, New Zealand, any of the Schengen countries, the United Kingdom, the United States, or possesses an entry visa or resident card issued by the ROC at any point in the past 10 years, are eligible to apply online for an ROC Travel Authorization Certificate.
